Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
- We no longer stock items in Seattle, Washington. We will ship your order directly to your address from one of our three remote warehouses. Unfortunately, there are no options for customers to pick up product at any of these warehouses.

Why do you have a minimum order amount?
- As was exlpained above, we no longer stock items in Seattle, Washington. We arrange to ship your order directly to your address from one of our three remote warehouses. These warehouses add an additional handling charge for shipping your orders for us (in addition to the UPS shipping charges). We do not add this charge onto your shipping costs. As a result of this, it would actually cost us more than you pay for us to fill any orders under our minimum. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. We offer thousands of products. Hopefully you can find enough items that you can use to meet our minimum.

When is my credit card charged for my order?
- You are not charged for your order until arrangements have been made to have it shipped to you from one of our three warehouses. A receipt for your order will be e-mail to you.

Where do we ship to?

We can ship products anywhere in the United States. Please supply us with a street address for your delivery address. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to post office boxes.

At this current time we are not set up to ship to international addresses and therefore do not ship outside of the United States.

How are shipping charges determined?
Do we ship orders by air?
- If you need your order faster than the regular ground shipping process, we can make special air shipping arrangements. Air shipping rates are determined by weight, package size and by the distance to your delivery address. Air shipping is more costly than the regular ground rates and can be 3-5 times (or more) the ground rate depending on how quickly you need the order.

We need to speak to you to arrange details for all air shipments to insure we have complete information to be able to fill you order in the time frame you require. My order arrived damaged what do I do?
What is the return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Please follow these easy steps.

The first step always is to contact us before returning any part of your order. We need to know what you are returning and the reason for the return so we can properly credit you for the return.

We will reply with a message with instructions detailing the return number to insure your account is credited and the address you will need to return the items to.

Then simply ship your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method following the instructions we provide you.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. There also may be a restocking fee ranging from $5 to $10 for some orders. This restocking fee is a fee charged to us by one of our warehouses for all returned orders.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
