Petri Culture Dish - plastic- 90 mm diameter
These economical dishes come pre-sterilized ready to use.
Note: This type of petri dish is not designed to be re-used and re-sterilized by boiling as the plastic may warp due to the heat. They can however, be "cold sterilized" for re-use by soaking them in a solution of 2 Tablespoons of standard bleach to 1 gallon of water. Soak for at least 15 minutes and then let air dry. "Cold Sterilization" will not guarantee complete sterilization but should be adequate for most science fair experiments.
